Discover how your passion for gaming can lead to a college degree and future career! At iD Game Design & Development Academy, teens ages 13-18 get immersed in game design, game development, programming, 3D modeling and animation, and 3D level design. Youll learn from elite faculty, innovate and collaborate with new friends, tour a real studio, interact with gaming industry professionals, and compete in late-night gaming tournaments. Game world meets real world!

 

Courses include: 3D Level Design with Unreal Engine 4, Game Development for iPhone & Android with Unity & C#, Game Programming with C++, Minecraft Game Development, 3D Character Modeling with Autodesk Maya & Mudbox, and iD Game Studios 101. Youll leave the Academy with an impressive portfolio and receive (optional) accredited Continuing Education Units.

 

These intensive, 2-week, pre-college summer programs are held at select university campuses nationwide. This includes programs held at Stanford, Emory, Harvard, Vassar, Villanova, UW, and Lake Forest College (Chicago area).
