SPI programs are designed to prepare students for entering college and making high scores on the AP/IB exams. Students live with a family in a city where they are required to use their developing language skills as they safely explore the community and establish friendships with local residents. Programs are located in smaller, easy to manage cities that provide a true immersion experience.  

Classes are taught M-F by foreign school staff and incorporate grammar, culture, and oral practice to boost student's language proficiency. Homestay families and on-site directors help facilitate the learning process by truly immersing the students into the language and culture.
