Description

Catapult into the outdoors on an Epic Sierra Adventure.   Activities in California’s Sierra Nevada mountains include rafting on the American River, backpacking in Yosemite, kayaking on Lake Tahoe’s shores, and visiting historical sites.  Teens give back to the places where they recreate: they complete 15-hours of hands-on service projects, connect with mentors in the conservation field, and gain leadership skills.

Epic Sierra is a program of the American River Conservancy, a non-profit dedicated to protecting river corridors and surrounding land in the Sierra foothills.  Compare Epic's prices with competitors.

14-day trips available – all programs start in the small gold rush town of Coloma, California (near the Sacramento Airport).
